Lenovo teases new gaming accessories and announces beta testing for Legion Y90

Lenovo has teased the gaming shoulder stick attachments for its upcoming Legion Y90 gaming handset and also gave some information on the latter, complementing the big leak from earlier. According to GSM Arena, unfortunately, the company has not specified whether or not the triggers will be compatible with current-gen Legion phones.

Either way, the accessories feature mechanical keys that mimic those of a gaming mouse and are rated for 3 million presses. Triggers, of course, have low latency and are subject to custom mapping in various games.

As for the upcoming Legion Y90 phone, it will use an active air cooling system and the company is offering early beta access to the handset. From what could be gathered, current owners of last year’s Legion phone are entitled to some benefits during the testing phase. The beta test is only available in China, of course, and registration is already open.

Last, but definitely not least, there’s a readable date on the phone’s lock screen in the renders showing March 23rd, which could be a clue as to when we should expect the announcement of the device, according to GSM Arena. (ANI)
